QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven working experience in advanced HR work in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian labor law, negotiation, and collective agreements.
  • Documented experience in successfully leading and driving HR projects.
  • Strong interest in technology and AI, and the ability to see the potential in new solutions.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities

ROLE:

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to our leaders and managers, responsible for driving and implementing HR strategies that support our business development. You will be a key player in building and maintaining a positive and productive work environment where employees feel appreciated and engaged.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Partnership: Support and advise management on strategic HR issues, ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws and collective agreements, and manage operational HR work.
  • HR Processes and Systems: Drive, educate, and implement global and national HR processes and systems, focusing on efficiency and user-friendliness.
  • Employment Law and Negotiation: Manage complex employment law issues and lead negotiations with union representatives.
  • Technology and AI: Explore and implement technological solutions and AI tools to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in HR projects, both local and international, focusing on delivering quality results on time and within budget.
  • Change Management: Support the organization through change processes, with a focus on minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement.
  • Data and Analysis: Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities and make decisions.
