WHAT YOU’LL FOCUS ONTALENT ACQUISITION (PRIMARY FOCUS)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for tech and product roles: sourcing, screening, coordination, and offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape hiring plans and ensure alignment on role expectations.
  • Build candidate pipelines using ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
  • Own candidate communication and ensure a great end-to-end experience.
  • Support recruitment for non-tech teams (such as Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, or Operations) based on business needs, with guidance and support from your team.
  • Contribute to recruitment analytics, process improvements, and employer branding projects.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring 1–2 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency). You’re now seeking a broader career in PeopleOps, beyond just hiring.
  • You’re comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Google Workspace.
  • You’re organised, responsive, and take pride in clear communication.
  • You’re curious, thoughtful, and eager to learn through hands-on experience. You have a strong interest in the tech and software engineering world and are always looking to understand what engineers actually do.
  • You bring a collaborative spirit and understand that People work is a team effort.
  • You speak Italian and English fluently and can comfortably navigate a global team.
    This is the ideal opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in tech recruitment — perhaps in an agency or in-house setting — who wants to continue hiring but is also ready to step into broader HR work.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a People Specialist to join our People Operations team in Italy, with a core focus on tech recruitment globally and an appetite to grow into a broader PeopleOps generalist role over time.
You’ll start by leading recruitment for our Tech & Product teams (Software Engineering, QA, Data, SRE, Product, etc.) and gradually take on new responsibilities across onboarding, data, contracts, systems, payroll, and more.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and our People team to shape experiences for candidates and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
