We are looking for People Specialist to join our People&Culture team located in Helsinki, Finland. This role is responsible for the daily activities and operative support in employment lifecycle processes for our important customers (managers and employees) and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of strong experience in People operations, with a focus on employee lifecycle processes (including process development and instructions).
  • Strong understanding and development skills for People tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Knowledge of employment law and collective agreements. Ability to implement them to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and continuously improve all employee lifecycle processes (including hire, internal transitions, leave of absence, and offboarding).
  • Ensure all People operations are compliant with company policies&instructions, labor laws, and data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across P&C, IT, Payroll, and Management to ensure seamless execution of lifecycle events.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in People tools.
  • Track key lifecycle metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and update documentation and process guides for lifecycle workflows.
  • Support change management initiatives related to organizational structure or policy changes.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to lifecycle processes in a timely and professional manner.
