This is a senior specialist role providing best practice workplace relations advice and support to leaders across the bank on complex people matters. You’ll find yourself engaging with leaders across all levels across the Bank to make a real, tangible impact through the resolution of individual workplace matters. Your deep technical expertise and experience in leading workplace investigations, supported by your sound judgment and strong stakeholder management will see you build relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor, who partners with business leaders to influence decisions that balance technical expertise, Bank values, risk tolerance and commerciality. Working in a highly collaborative and agile team, you’ll manage multiple live matters at once. This is a role that enables you to balance autonomy with access to strong technical support when needed.  The work is challenging, sensitive, and highly valued.   What do I need? Essential * Strong experience managing complex ER / workplace relations cases within a specialist or HR partnering role.  * Experience conducting workplace investigations and supporting employment matters independently * Strong employment relations and/or employment law knowledge.  * Excellent drafting and verbal communication skills * Confidence working in emotionally charged, high‑risk situations with a mindset of care and fairness.  Strongly preferred * Senior ER advisory experience in a large or regulated organisation * Proven ability to advise and influence senior leaders * Comfortable working autonomously across shifting priorities * Human Resources or Legal Qualifications Nice to have * Experience in financial services or another regulated sector Why join us?
