Ready to join the People Support Team? As a People Support Administrator, your role is essential. You’ll be in charge of all aspects of the onboarding and employee lifecycle journey. But there’s more to it than day to day admin!
You’ll be the go-to person for Hiring Managers, Line Managers, Staff and Candidates, providing assistance and guidance throughout every step in the process. From onboarding candidates to investigating pay queries, you’ll ensure every detail is flawlessly executed and in line with policy and legal requirements.
Collaboration is key! Working closely across teams, you’ll create a seamless journey for everyone. We value the people experience, and that’s where your expertise will shine, you’ll help us continuously review and improve our processes and ways of working.
