We’re looking for a People Support Project Lead to drive and deliver key People & Culture (P&C) initiatives across genU. In this role, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of P&C-related projects, ranging from process improvements to system rollouts and lots of things in-between!
You’ll work closely with our P&C teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and lasting impact, playing a vital role in shaping efficient, people-focused solutions that support our growing organisation.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for dynamic and values-led individuals who have:

  • Proven experience leading P&C-related projects and working within a P&C team
  • Solid understanding of P&C systems and technology including SuccessFactors
  • Strong background in project methodology, change management and internal communications
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • High levels of confidentiality and professionalism

REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible, you must have or willing to complete:

  • NDIS Screening Workers Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion
  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
  • A passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and empowering others to thrive
Responsibilities

As People Support Lead, your responsibilities include:

  • Lead key People & Culture (P&C) projects, aligning outcomes with business goals and strategy
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, coordination, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget
  • Collaborate across P&C, IT, and other departments to drive smooth project execution.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Support change management, training, and communications to embed new processes effectively
  • Review project outcomes and identify opportunities to enhance future P&C operations
