We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable People Services Specialist to join our dynamic People Services team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality operational support and taking ownership of employee data management across the entire employee life cycle for 7-Eleven.
You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of employee records from onboarding through to offboarding. Working closely with People team members and cross-functional business units, you will provide timely and effective support, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
About the Role
As a People Services Specialist at 7-Eleven, you’ll:
Play a key role in delivering high-quality operational support across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
You’ll manage employee data with precision and confidentiality, resolve HR inquiries across specialist areas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Using tools like Workday, you’ll track trends, support compliance, and contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery.
