What You Can Expect: Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer People Sustainability-Agenda und unterstützt die Verankerung nachhaltiger HR-Praktiken in der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe. Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit CSRD und ESG-Reporting sowie bei der Entwicklung von Nachhaltigkeitsrichtlinien, -zielen und -kennzahlen. Auf Basis von HR-Controlling-Daten erstellst Du aussagekräftige Reports, Dashboards und KPIs. Du koordinierst quantitative Nachhaltigkeitsziele im internationalen HR-Kontext und bringst People Sustainability-Themen wie z. B. Mitarbeiterwohlbefinden, Diversity & Inclusion und Leadership-Entwicklung voran. Du arbeitest eng mit dezentralen HR-Einheiten zusammen, um die Umsetzung und Verankerung von Nachhaltigkeitsstandards weltweit sicherzustellen. Du erstellst überzeugende Präsentationen für unterschiedliche Stakeholdergruppen und setzt dabei komplexe Inhalte strukturiert, verständlich und visuell ansprechend in PowerPoint um. What You Bring: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR. Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich HR und/oder People Sustainability sind wünschenswert. Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in der Erstellung von professionellen PowerPoint-Präsentationen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für strukturierte, verständliche Visualisierungen. Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und analytische Arbeitsweise. Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeit und globale HR-Arbeit sowie die Motivation, People Sustainability im Unternehmen aktiv voranzutreiben.
