You’re someone who takes the initiative, enjoys figuring things out, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’re detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working with both data and people.

  • A strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
  • Great attention to detail and a passion for clean, reliable data
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users
  • A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn
  • 1–2 years’ experience in HR, people systems, or reporting support
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors)
  • Experience building reports, troubleshooting system issues, or mapping HR processes
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, IT, or related fields (preferred but not essential)

  • Supporting configuration, testing, and enhancement of Workday modules
  • Troubleshooting system issues and resolving support tickets
  • Collaborating with IT and vendors to deliver system improvements
  • Investigating and resolving defects using structured problem-solving
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable insights
  • Supporting data integrity across platforms
  • Participating in sprint cycles and project work
  • Mapping and improving processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and simplification
  • Creating user guides, training sessions, and reference tools
  • Supporting change through clear communication and hands-on help
  • Liaising with vendors for fixes, upgrades, and feature rollouts
