The People Systems & Payroll Partner plays a key role in ensuring that every Keep Supply team member’s experience is seamless — from accurate paychecks to reliable, well-designed HR systems. This role bridges technology, compliance, and people — maintaining the systems and data that keep our operations running smoothly, while providing insights that help us grow smarter and more efficiently. The ideal candidate loves precision, process improvement, and building tools that empower people to do their best work. Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality Audit benefits and deductions for accuracy. Partner with Finance for all reconciliations and reporting. Maintain clear, auditable payroll records. Optimize and administer Keep Supply’s People tech systems. Support audits, filings, and regulatory reporting. Safeguard team member information and ensure data integrity throughout people systems. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation or system optimization. Recommend and implement changes that enhance scalability and team member experience. Deliver exceptional service with empathy and responsiveness. Requirements Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years managing HRIS and payroll processes; experience in multi-state payroll preferred. Systems: Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as ADP, Paylocity, or similar. Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; deep understanding of payroll compliance and data management.
