This is how we’ve created the UK’s leading portfolio of urban places and one of the largest real estate companies in Europe.
Our £10 billion portfolio is built around premium workplaces, the country’s pre-eminent retail platform, and a residential pipeline that will redefine urban life.
We’ve honed this ability over 80 years. Spotting the opportunities, building the partnerships, and continually adapting to shape the places that meet the needs of a changing world.
Places where life happens. Where businesses grow. And where cities are defined.

  • Work with the People Services team to ensure the integrity and quality of the people data, identifying and addressing data quality issues (including investigation of the root cause) to ensure integrity standards are adhered to
  • Design and deliver dashboards enabling access to people insights, supporting decision making and the delivery of the People team’s business plan
  • Identify developments and work with wider team to improve the end-to-end people processes.
  • Map and document key system processes and integrations between systems, monitoring all scheduled jobs (and resolve any issues)
  • Deliver cyclical system processes and activity across the employee lifecycle including the launch of performance reviews, compensation, mandatory learning and benefits enrolment
  • Lead and manage Workday release cycles and any other proposed changes, providing detailed findings, recommendations and solutions
  • Test the development of any new systems functionality, ensuring tests have the right coverage and are fully reviewed to ensure smooth running of services with minimum impact
