• Lead the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors
• Act as the SME for all SuccessFactors integration design, configuration, automation, operational assurance, and release management.
• On an ongoing basis, seek process improvement.
• Actively work with our vendors to manage SLAs and identify systems improvement opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity, compliance and security across people systems
• Partner with key teams to support HR operations, integrations, reporting and business insights
• Provide expert advice on HR systems and deliver people analytics, dashboards and workforce reporting

What you’ll bring

We're looking for a solutions-focused professional who can offer:

• 5 years’+ managing and enhancing a SuccessFactors HRIS environment
• Deep hands-on functional expertise and certifications in SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and core modules
• Experience of system integration within enterprise environments as well as leading projects.
• Proven success delivering system improvements, releases and change initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow or similar platforms would be advantageous
