We are looking for a passionate and hands-on People & Talent Acquisition Partner to support and grow our U.S.-based teams. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited to take full ownership of both the employee lifecycle and talent acquisition processes in the U.S. Responsibilities HRBP: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for U.S.-based employees and managers. Provide strategic and tactical HR support, including performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational design. Partner with leaders to identify people-related needs and implement solutions aligned with company values and business goals. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, practices, and HR policies. Drive employee satisfaction and retention efforts tailored to the U.S. team. Support onboarding, offboarding, compensation reviews, and internal mobility processes. Recruitment: Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles, from sourcing to offer. Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. Requirements 4+ years of experience in HR and recruitment in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in the security field. Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices. Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, ideally for technical and business roles. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability. Experience working across time zones and collaborating with global teams. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Nice to Have: Experience in a remote-first or distributed organization. Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms.
