Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, including local and international sourcing of talent and consultants. Partner with business teams to understand hiring and team needs. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent pools through a variety of creative techniques and platforms. Support employee welfare, engagement, and workplace culture initiatives. Act as a point of contact for employee matters and feedback. Support managers in team development, onboarding, and performance management. Handle HR administration, documentation, and policy implementation. Drive HR process improvements and support people-related projects, contributing ideas as the company continues to scale. Create a positive and motivating work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and well-being. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with team members, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency. High ethical standards for handling sensitive and confidential information.
