What You’ll Do Recruitment & Hiring Source, screen, and connect with talented applicants across all areas of Drexel. Partner with Drexel leaders to coordinate interviews and align hiring with business needs. Create and maintain job postings that reflect Drexel’s voice, goals, and values. Oversee Drexel’s early-career programs such as school to work, Youth Apprenticeship, and Internships. Manage the Drexel Insiders Program to drive referrals and celebrate employee engagement. Regularly review hiring data and market trends to ensure Drexel remains competitive in culture and compensation. Brand Strategy Be bold, be creative, and stay true to Drexel’s values and commitments in every touchpoint. Champion Drexel’s culture to attract people who are the right fit — not just for the job, but for the team. Represent Drexel at career fairs, community events, and local partnerships. Build strong connections with schools, workforce programs, and community organizations.
