Your mission As a People & Talent Intern, you'll work directly with our Growth & Operations Manager to help build the team that builds Lyceum. This isn't a passive support role. From day one, you'll own real parts of our recruiting pipeline - sourcing candidates, managing communications, and helping make sure we hire the right people at the right time. We're growing fast across engineering, commercial, and operations. You'll be at the center of that growth. What You'll Do Build and manage candidate pipelines across active roles - LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and outbound sourcing Own candidate communication end-to-end: outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and keeping things moving Support interview coordination across the team and ensure a smooth candidate experience Help maintain and improve our ATS and recruiting workflows Conduct initial screening calls and summarise candidate profiles for the hiring team Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help Lyceum show up well to top talent Support onboarding logistics for new hires as the team scales Your profile Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field Genuine interest in people, talent, and what makes a great hire Strong communication skills - you write clearly, follow up reliably, and represent Lyceum well to candidates Organised and detail-oriented: you don't drop balls and you don't need reminding Bias toward action - you find a way rather than waiting for instructions Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes from scratch Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or a startup environment is a plus Why us?
