What You'll Do Culture & Engagement Launch and manage team member surveys (e.g., Top Workplace Survey, Pulse Surveys) to measure engagement, assess culture, and identify opportunities for growth. Use survey insights to celebrate successes and create action plans for improvement. Uphold accountability to Drexel’s Mission, Core Values, and the Drexel Commitment. Recognition & Celebration Lead recognition programs that highlight people and their impact, including Drexel Lion Award, Team Member Giveaways, Leader/Peer recognitions and more. Create moments that matter, reinforcing a culture of teamwork and belonging. Onboarding (SHU – Starting Here at Drexel) Deliver a warm, impactful onboarding experience through Supply Happiness University (SHU). Introduce new team members to Drexel’s culture, mission, and values from day one. Set clear expectations and foster early connections to help new hires feel supported and engaged. Facilitate introductions and cultural alignment to build trust early in team members career. Frontline Support & Engagement – Team Member Relations & Retention Serve as the primary People & Talent contact for frontline team member needs. Dive in alongside teams to understand root causes of concerns and develop solutions. Collaborate with leaders to address concerns, facilitate development, and align passion with talent. Conduct and document case studies, investigations, and coaching conversations as needed. Analyze turnover trends and partner with leaders to develop effective retention strategies. Safety Culture Champion a culture of safety and wellness across all Drexel locations. Manage workers’ compensation claims and lead post-incident conversations with team members and leaders. Ensure compliance with DOT, MVR, and OSHA. PM85
Responsibilities
The People & Talent Keeper will launch and manage team member surveys to measure engagement and assess culture, while also leading recognition programs to celebrate team members. Additionally, they will serve as the primary contact for team member needs and champion a culture of safety and wellness.
