About the role
This People & Talent Manager, US position is multi-faceted with 3 key areas for you to focus on: Hiring, HR & Office Management.
We are in the process of finding our brand new office in New York to accommodate our growing US team and you’ll be in charge of ensuring that this space is beautifully presented, and that the team and visitors have everything they need.
As well as day to day office management, you’ll be supporting US hiring and HR, really making sure that we’re finding exceptional talent, and that we’re fully compliant across all HR disciplines in the US.
We’re a lean, impactful People team of 5, working with around 400 team members globally at MUBI. You’ll report to our Head of People & Talent based in London and will work closely with our People & Talent Manager and our Office Manager, both also based in London. This is a really exciting opportunity to learn and grow across multiple parts of a People function.
This role is based in New York City and requires 2-3 days on-site at our offices in Manhattan. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role right now.

What you’ll bring:
We want to make cinema accessible to everyone. We believe people from different backgrounds bring different ideas that foster innovation and engagement, allowing us to attract great people to develop the best experience for our users.
