Job Description:

RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all levels from job advert to onboarding ensuring a high-quality candidate and manager experience.
• Lead the full attraction, selection, and onboarding lifecycle with a view to succession planning and long-term talent development.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to align recruitment with business needs.
• Maintain job descriptions, candidate tracking systems, and external job board relationships.

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

• Lead the training cycle and induction journey, ensuring a positive and engaging new starter experience.
• Design and deliver internal training (e.g. systems, product, or sales) and evaluate success through clear KPIs.
• Coordinate engagement, wellbeing, and communication initiatives.
• Help plan internal events, recognition initiatives, and employee surveys to support a thriving culture.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised People & Talent Partner to join a rapidly growing multi-site retail organisation. This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role at the heart of the people function responsible for recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee experience, and talent development. You’ll work closely with managers across the business to attract, support, and retain top talent while improving the overall colleague journey and people processes.
