In this unique role, you’ll partner with our People & Talent Lead and Recruitment team to drive recruitment, onboarding, and supporting company events, while shaping an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

Important requirement: We’re looking for someone with a near-native level of German (C2 level) AND fluent in English (C1 level). Responsibilities

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?

This is a true start-up Talent role, focused on creating a scalable and efficient approach to building a world-class team for the long term. You’ll take a highly hands-on approach, managing talent sourcing and overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and our Founders Team, you’ll provide strategic guidance and share valuable talent market insights.

WE THINK YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience recruiting for high-growth (ideally early-stage) businesses, including time spent as part of an in-house talent team.
  • You’re outbound-focused, creative, and persistent in your approach to finding top talent.
  • You’ve successfully hired for both technical and non-technical roles across various seniority levels and bring deep subject matter expertise and networks in at least one area (e.g., Enterprise Sales, Software Engineering, etc.).
  • You excel at building strong, trusting partnerships with Hiring Managers (including Founders) and have experience leading role-scoping discussions, confidently offering guidance and pushing back when needed.
  • You’re fluent in the modern recruiter’s toolkit, with solid experience in essentials like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS management, and an innovative mindset for leveraging cutting-edge Talent Tech.
  • You’re fluent in both German and English.
    Bonus: Familiarity with HR practices and willingness to grow in a people and culture role is a plus!
