REQUIREMENTS:

  • Portuguese Fluency is essential.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a People & Talent Specialist to support our People function across Europe and LATAM. This role combines operational duties such as ensuring accuracy in payroll and HR systems while creating an exceptional employee experience, as well as recruiting in our English and Portuguese speaking regions. You will be a trusted partner to employees and managers, providing guidance, clarity, and support throughout the employee lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of internal HR systems and databases.
  • Support payroll administration for Portugal and the UK, ensuring timely and accurate processing in collaboration with external providers.
  • Serve as a consultant to managers and team members on People policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Take ownership of the employee onboarding process, designing and improving programmes to create a welcoming and engaging experience for new joiners.
  • Address employee queries related to onboarding, payroll, HRIS, and other People Operations matters.
  • Manage recruitment processes in Europe and LATAM (Predominantly Brazil)
  • Contribute to People initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
