Description:

Are you already working within the people profession and are keen to forge a career in the people profession? We are seeking a people team administrator to provide support to the People Partner team to manage people related administration, undertaking duties across a range of activities including data management and reporting, compliance, supporting meetings and general human resources administration.
You will work under the guidance HR Manager, People Partnering supporting the People Partners. You will play a pivotal role in the department delivering a best-in-class people partnering service.

You will play a key role in challenging social disadvantage, delivering on our diversity, equity and inclusion commitments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the Trust’s vision, growth, and strategic plan.

You will;

  • Work closely with colleagues to embed our shared vision, values, and Trust dividends.
  • Maintain and monitor accurate employee and associated records, including supporting with file audits, scanning and correct filing of electronic documents.
  • Provide support at meetings, note taking and transcribing meeting minutes with accuracy.
  • Provide general support including contribution to meetings and ideas for continual improvement.
  • Provide support to the Recruitment Partners, working in collaboration with the People Partners to ensure a brilliant experience for candidates and new employees.
  • Supporting safer recruitment administration requirements such as reference requests, disclosure barring service (DBS) applications and overseas checks.
  • Work in accordance with keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) legislation at all times.
  • Support onboarding, induction and offboarding procedures. Overseeing the arrangement of probationary period and probationary review meetings and farewell feedback meetings for those leaving the trust and IT offboarding procedures.
  • Review sickness and absence data, supporting data insights.
  • Monitor return to work absence meetings and reporting.
  • Preparation of occupational health referrals and supportive measures to support our people at work.
  • Preparation and issue of letters, with responsibility for maintaining the department document management system and HRIS.
  • Support the HR Operations team as required with general administrative duties.
  • Support with the administration of the Single Central Record as required.
  • Provide a best-in-class people service to academies/functions within the Trust with regular meetings and updates.
  • Support learning and development administration as required, providing holiday cover.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,540.00 per year
