ABOUT US Endiprev is an international reference in the provision of specialized services, commissioning, preventive maintenance, as well as corrective and major corrective measures, involving onshore and offshore wind energy equipment in partnership with the main manufacturers of wind turbines. Endiprev is a Muehlhan Wind Service company. ROLE AND LOCATION We are looking for a People Technician to join our team in Mortágua. This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. After this period, the contract may be renewed depending on the company’s needs. The selected candidate will support a wide range of People-related activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Support the recruitment processes; Support the training process; Employee management - collect, verify and archive all the documentation concerning the employees; Partner with other collegues during on-boarding and offboarding; Assist the performance appraisal process; Support in all the administrative tasks of the department, including mobility tasks; Collaborate in events organization. REQUIRED SKILLS Degree in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Educational Sciences, Organizational Psicology, or other relevant area (preferred) Previous experience in recruitment, training and other HR tasks is a plus; English proficiency (B1 minimum). Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools.
