We are looking to hire a People & Workplace Experience Advisor to join our People and Workplace team. About us With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people. We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability. Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission! About the role The People aspect of the role focuses on ensuring a standardised employee experience, and contributing to operational efficiency within the Regional People Partnering team. This role is responsible for providing local and regional People support in aspects of the employee lifecycle with light touch of People Partnering topics. This role bridges the gap between the transactional support provided by the People Operations team and the strategic work done by People Partners. Workplace responsibilities consist of maintaining a high service level of the office, running daily operations and driving a cost-effective Workplace Experience function while making sure the local team has a supportive and effective work environment. Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate new hire onboarding and integration with key stakeholders, while managing employee benefits administration, including enrollment, advising employees, and liaising with providers, payroll, and finance teams. Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and other systems, support global and local HR processes, localize and update policies, and ensure compliance with legal and D&I requirements across in-scope countries. Act as a primary employee contact for benefits, payroll, compensation, and HR inquiries, promote Bolt’s culture and values, and collaborate with regional and local People Partners to align and implement country-specific People practices. Help to keep track of the office budget in line with company guidelines and procedures. Ensure the office environment is welcoming, well-organised, and supportive of productive work. Manage office space issues by maintaining effective collaboration and communication with the landlord, cleaning staff, internet provider, and other external service partners. About you:You have 2-4 years’ experience in a Human Resources/Office management role with general understanding of standards and practices within the countries/regions covered. You have knowledge of the fundamentals of Canadian labor legislation. You have strong communication skills, and are able to work with and influence multiple stakeholders. You are an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. You have the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions and alternatives. Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above! Why you’ll love it here:Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities. Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you. Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks. Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge. Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings. Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days. *Some perks may differ depending on your location and role. #LI-Hybrid
