Job Description Peoplemark®, an Allied Universal company is currently seeking a Staffing Specialist. If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for customer service and would like to be an integral part of our success, please consider joining our team. This person will be responsible for recruiting, marketing and hiring candidates seeking temporary and full-time positions with diverse skill sets in various sectors. Once hired, the Staffing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining contact with temporary employees and clients to ensure their mutual satisfaction. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: Participating in job fairs to build a candidate database, including conducting daily skill- marketing calls to promote candidate placement at client sites. Monitoring open job requisitions and recruiting via various methods to place candidates in open requisitions at client sites. Following company guidelines in complying with hiring processes necessary in each location and customer site where temporary employees are working. Maintain weekly timekeeping records for payroll and invoice processing. Entering time into company’s paybill system in a timely manner. Periodic visits to client sites to ensure customer and temporary employee satisfaction. Regular communication with temporary employees to monitor assignment endings and availability for work. Promote employee-centric recognition programs with temporary employees on assignment and/or with candidates hired directly by clients to promote referrals. In coordination with the Branch Manager, oversee the branch’s applicant flow to include contacting all applicants, tracking follow up calls, scheduling interviews at branch for qualified candidates, conducting interviews, arranging for second interviews with clients Account Managers as required by specific sites, and ensuring all processes for tracking and follow up with applicants is followed.
