About the Role As a PeopleSoft Developer , you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of PeopleSoft applications, with a focus on the Supply Chain module.
You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system improvements that enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in LATAM with intermediate to advanced English proficiency to collaborate effectively with global teams.
What Are We Looking For?
Job Requirements Experience: 3+ years of experience providing technical support for PeopleSoft applications.
Extensive expertise in the PeopleSoft Supply Chain module , including: Manufacturing Cost Management/Cost Accounting Inventory Proven experience with SQL Server and Nvision reporting tool .
Familiarity with Service Now or similar ticketing systems.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in PeopleSoft architecture and application functionality.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address system issues effectively.
Ability to maintain and enhance PeopleSoft systems for performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive technical support for PeopleSoft applications, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and documenting resolutions.
Maintain and enhance system functionality to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
Support PeopleSoft modules related to the supply chain, focusing on manufacturing, cost management, and inventory.
Perform regular system monitoring and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement new features, upgrades, and integrations.
Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft technologies and best practices.
Document all processes and solutions comprehensively.
