ROLE DESCRIPTION:

• Skilled PeopleSoft functional consultant to support and enhance the enterprise applications
• The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions (customize as needed), excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Design, document, and implement functional solutions in PeopleSoft
• Configure and maintain modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, SCM, or Campus Solutions
• Develop functional specifications for technical teams
• Perform system testing, coordinate UAT, and support go-live activities
• Provide day-to-day support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Collaborate with technical teams (developers, DBAs, etc.) for system enhancements
• Preferred knowledge of integrations using web services, REST/SOAP APIs, or Integration Broker
• Experience with reporting tools
