Description

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze functional requirements related to PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion modules. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation. Support system enhancements, new module implementations, and upgrades in PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion environments. Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions to streamline workflows and improve system performance. Work with technical teams to ensure proper configuration, testing, and deployment of system changes. Perform functional testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and post-deployment validation. Develop process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for end users. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/ERP teams to ensure timely resolution. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Experience as a Business Analyst working with PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/Financials/Supply Chain). Experience in writing requirements, functional specifications, user stories, test cases, and training documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
