We serve up red sauce favourites like spaghetti and meatballs, deep dish pizzas, mozzarella sticks, and legendary tiramisu — all made with high-quality, thoughtfully-sourced ingredients. POSITION: LINE COOK (PART-TIME)

We are looking for an experienced part-time line cook to join our kitchen team. If you’re passionate about Italian cuisine, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep a calm, positive attitude during service
  • Strong understanding of kitchen safety and food hygiene practices
  • Genuine passion for food and Italian cuisine and a desire to work with classic Italian-American dishes
  • Ability to collaborate with the team and take direction from senior kitchen staff
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to Pepino’s standards and recipes (spaghetti & meatballs, pizzas, pastas, sauces, and more!)
  • Assist with prepping ingredients for daily service
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring dishes are prepared on time and to the highest quality
  • Follow kitchen protocols for food storage, portioning, and rotation to minimize waste
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Support the team in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
