The Opportunity We are seeking vibrant and committed hospitality professionals to join our Signature Restaurant team at Peppina. As a F&B Expert, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through engaging service, beverage expertise, and genuine hospitality. Working within the restaurant, you will be responsible for serving our premium food offerings, engage with guests, and supporting the delivery of a seamless dining experience. You will bring our food offering to life through product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations while maintaining the high standards of service and presentation synonymous with Peppina and The Tasman. You will also support the opening and closing of the restaurant, maintain stock and presentation standards, and contribute to the smooth operation of service throughout each shift.
