Job Description Responsible for PEPS (Passive Entry Passive Start) software requirement analysis, architecture design, implementation, and debugging. Develop PEPS software functions, including LF/RF communication, key authentication, and interaction with BCM and related ECUs. Maintain and optimize PEPS-related algorithms, such as key localization, secure authentication, relay attack prevention, and low-power management. Perform PEPS function testing and validation, including bench and vehicle-level testing; support PEPS system calibration, system-level debugging, and mass production release. Support the technical manager in project team communication, coordination, and management activities. Conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting; support issue resolution, technical reviews, and post-issue retrospectives. Support functional safety engineers in the design and implementation of technical functional safety requirements. Support cybersecurity engineers in the definition, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity-related requirements. Support ASPICE assessments and functional safety audits. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in automotive electronics software development; mass production experience with PEPS products is required. Solid understanding of PEPS principles and related communication technologies and protocols, including PKE, RKE, NFC, BLE, UWB, and anti-theft authentication algorithms. Familiar with AUTOSAR architecture and development toolchains. Proficient in using development and debugging tools such as CANoe, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers. Familiar with automotive project management practices and development standards, including ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ISO/SAE 21434 (Cybersecurity). Strong English & Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Good communication skills and strong ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
