Overview PepsiCo Canada: Fall 2026 Territory Sales Representative Co-op Co-op Work Term Duration: September to December 2026 Start Date: September 8, 2026 Job Location: Mississauga, ON, GTA Compensation: $21.25 to $32 per hour Hybrid Work Environment - This position requires a valid driver's license and car During your 4-month co-op term, you'll be fully immersed in the PepsiCo Foods Canada Quaker culture and have the opportunity to work with one of the most trusted PepsiCo Foods brand: Quaker. You will take on a leadership role of a Sales Co-op working on business development projects that will have lasting impact on the business. This territory is located in the GTA with in-office days located from our HQ office in Mississauga. Half the term will be spent in the market and other half working on strategic business projects. The Quaker Sales Co-op position is an opportunity to learn sales fundamentals, stretch your skills and start your career at a growing leader in the CPG Industry. Responsibilities Build analytical literacy capability with the Key Account / Sales Delivering large format sales volume in assigned territory through compliance of specific customer agreements, execution of monthly priorities as well as permanent and temporary in-store displays Key projects as per business need Identify and assist in implementing processes that improve effectiveness and eliminate redundancies Support sales and multifunctional teams on customer-facing initiatives Perform match contact initiatives with key store level and regional level customers to enable improved field sales team execution results Qualifications Pursuing a post-secondary education in business or related field Strong communication / interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively Ability to understand and leverage strategic insight to drive results Collaborative and works well in a team environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast paced, complex environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
