Overview (English) Responsibilities (English) Managing production continuity on the shop floor, including full supervision of all floor employees Personal and professional management of production line workers, including breaks and shift scheduling Full operation of the production floor in the most efficient way, minimizing impact on production and output, while coordinating with technicians Maintaining quality and safety standards, in coordination with the quality and safety departments Direct reports include production workers, material handlers, patrol staff, and production reporting personnel Qualifications (English) Full proficiency in Hebrew; basic knowledge of English (reading/writing) Basic knowledge of Excel At least two years of experience managing 20 employees from diverse backgrounds ניסיון בעבודת משמרות של 12 שעות (day and night shifts) → Experience working 12-hour shifts (day and night) Strong interpersonal and managerial skills: active listening and empathy, clear communication, assertiveness, organization and order, multitasking, systems thinking, task prioritization and ability to distinguish between primary and secondary tasks, ability to accept authority
