Обязанности: Drive high-impact data quality initiatives by designing and implementing scalable validation frameworks, automated checks, and monitoring systems to ensure data integrity across all key sources. Develop and manage a comprehensive data quality strategy that aligns with business goals and delivers measurable improvements in data accuracy, consistency, and usability. Create impactful analytical reports and dashboards that surface trends, uncover risks and opportunities, and enable leaders to make confident, data-backed decisions. Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable data solutions and guiding teams on best practices for data use and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, IT, Product, and Business) to enhance data pipelines, optimize data collection processes, and improve overall data readiness. Lead investigations into data anomalies and discrepancies, identifying root causes and driving long-term solutions that prevent recurrence and improve data reliability. Promote data literacy and self-service analytics, providing training, documentation, and support that empower teams to interpret and act on data with confidence and impact. Требования: Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Economics or related preferred) Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities Excellent communication skills - to build strong working relationships internally and externally Proactive approach - drive reporting development and continuous improvement Technical stack - Python/SQL/Power BI Experience with machine learning methods and their practical application
