תיאור משרה ניהול שוטף של מחסן ההפצה – קבלה, אחסון, ליקוט ומשלוחים אחריות על ניהול מלאי לרבות מחסנים חיצוניים וקבלני משנה ניהול צוות עובדים – הדרכה, פיתוח ושימור עבודה עם מערכות WMS בקרת ליקוט סחורה, ביצוע הזמנות וטיפול בהחזרות הוצאת דוחות בקרה וטיפול בחריגות שיפור מתמיד של תהליכים, איכות ובטיחות דרישות ניסיון של 3+ שנים בניהול מחסן / מרכז לוגיסטי – חובה ניסיון בניהול צוות עובדים שליטה במערכות ERP/WMS ויישומי Office יכולת הובלה, סדר וארגון, עמידה בלחצים יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת הובלה תחת לחץ השכלה בתחום לוגיסטיקה / תעשייה וניהול – יתרון רישיון מלגזה - יתרון Responsibilities (English) Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution warehouse, including storage, picking, and shipping. Maintain full responsibility for inventory management, including coordination with external warehouses and subcontractors. Manage, train, develop, and retain warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance. Work with WMS systems to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse processes. Monitor picking accuracy, process orders, and handle returns. Generate control reports, track KPIs, and manage exceptions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, quality, and safety. Qualifications (English) Minimum of 3 years experience managing a warehouse or logistics center - required. Proven experience leading and managing a team. Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and MS Office applications. Strong leadership skills, high level of organization, and ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team-leadership abilities. Education in Logistics / Industrial Engineering & Management – an advantage. Forklift license – an advantage.
