תיאור משרה אחריות על כל נושאי האיכות במחלקת מילוי הגז, כולל ניהול תהליכי בקרת איכות, כתיבת נהלים, בדיקות, ניתוח נתונים וייצוג המחלקה מול גורמים בארץ ובחו"ל. תיאור התפקיד: אחריות כוללת על איכות הייצור במחלקת מילוי הגז- הגדרת סטנדרטים, טיפול בבעיות ומתן מענה מקצועי לכל המחלקה. כתיבה ועדכון של נהלי עבודה ובדיקות איכות – והטמעתם בקרב העובדים והממשקים. מעקב יומיומי אחרי נתוני איכות – זיהוי מגמות וחריגות, ביצוע תחקורים וניתוח סיבות לבעיות. קביעת פעולות לשיפור ופתרון בעיות – כולל תיעוד, מעקב והבטחת יישום מלא. אחריות על משטחים ומוצרים שעוכבו בשל חשד לבעיה – בדיקה, תחקור ושחרור/חסימה בהתאם לממצאים. ליווי מבדקי איכות פנימיים וחיצוניים במחלקה – הכנה לתהליך, סיוע לסוקרים וטיפול בממצאים. ביצוע הערכת סיכונים לתהליכי מילוי גז. עבודה שוטפת עם מערכות מחשב לניהול איכות – ניתוח נתונים, איתור בעיות חוזרות והטמעת פתרונות. משרה זמנית ל9 חודשים, עם אופציה לתקן קבוע בהמשך דרישות השכלה- מהנדס/ת תעשייה וניהול. ניסיון של שנתיים בתעשייה והכרת תהליכים. ניסיון בעבודה מול ממשקים ואוכלוסיות מגוונות. ניסיון בעולם האיכות- יתרון משמעותי יכולת עבודה על מערכות ממוחשבות- חובה אנגלית ברמה טובה- חובה Responsibilities (English) Responsibility for all quality aspects in the Gas Filling Department, including managing quality control processes, writing procedures, performing tests, analyzing data, and representing the department to internal and external stakeholders in Israel and abroad. Job Description: Full responsibility for production quality in the Gas Filling Department – defining standards, resolving issues, and providing professional guidance to the entire department. Writing and updating work procedures and quality inspection protocols, and ensuring their implementation among employees and cross-functional teams. Daily monitoring of quality data – identifying trends and deviations, conducting investigations, and performing root-cause analyses. Defining corrective and improvement actions – including documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring full implementation. Managing pallets and products placed on hold due to suspected quality issues – inspection, investigation, and release/blocking according to findings. Supporting internal and external quality audits – preparation, assisting auditors, and handling findings. Conducting risk assessments for gas filling processes. Ongoing work with quality management systems – data analysis, identifying recurring issues, and implementing solutions. Qualifications (English) Requirements: Academic degree in Industrial Engineering – required Two years of experience in an industrial environment with familiarity of operational processes Experience working with diverse functions and stakeholders Experience in quality assurance – a significant advantage Ability to work with computerized systems – required Good level of English – required
