תיאור משרה ראש צוות האיכות הינו תפקיד מפתח במחלקה ואחראי לניהול של צוות האיכות והובלת תחום האיכות במפעל ההרכבות. במסגרת התפקיד: - מהווה סמכות מקצועית עבור חברי הצוות ומחלקות הייצור בנושאים הרלוונטיים לאיכות. - ממלא מקום מנהל מחלקת האיכות בהיעדרו. - מנהל באופן ישיר את צוות האיכות. - ניהול מדדי איכות, למידות, סקרי סיכונים, ניהול הוראות עבודה, הובלת וניהול מבדקים. - לקיחת חלק בתהליכי הכנסת מכשירים חדשים- NPI. - ניהול תהליכי חלקים פסולים- MRB. - עבודה עם מערכות ומול ממשקים רבים. - עבודה מול איכות גלובל, טיפול בתלונות לקוחות משווקים. - קידום פרוייקטים מפעליים. דרישות • הנדסאי/תואר ראשון במקצועות רלוונטים (תעשייה וניהול/ איכות)- חובה • הכשרה/ ניסיון בעולמות ניהול האיכות- יתרון • ניסיון בתעשייה • ניסיון בניהול עובדים • אנגלית –חובה • יכולות הובלה, עבודה בצוות וממשקים, אסרטיביות, סדר וארגון, ירידה לפרטים, יחסי אנוש מעולים. • משרת החלפה לחל"ד עד דצמבר 26- עם אופציה לתקן קבוע בהמשך Responsibilities (English) The Quality Team Leader is a key role within the department, responsible for managing the Quality team and leading the Quality function at the Assembly Plant. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the professional authority for the Quality team and Production departments on quality-related topics. Act as the deputy for the Quality Department Manager in their absence. Directly manage the Quality team. Manage quality KPIs, measurements, risk assessments, work instructions, and lead/manage internal and external audits. Take part in new product introduction processes (NPI). Manage non-conforming parts processes (MRB). Work with various systems and multiple cross-functional interfaces. Collaborate with Global Quality and handle customer complaints from markets. Promote and lead plant-wide projects. Qualifications (English) Requirements: Practical Engineer diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Industrial Engineering / Quality) – required Training and/or experience in Quality Management – an advantage Experience in an industrial environment Experience in people management English – required Strong leadership skills, ability to work in a team and with multiple interfaces, assertiveness, excellent organization and attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills Maternity leave replacement position until December 2026, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role
