תיאור משרה - הובלת מעבר מפיתוח לייצור (NPI) ואישור תהליך בדגש על תבניות הזרקה - אחריות מלאה על הערכה, בחירה והטמעה של חומרי גלם פלסטיים חדשים, חלופיים או הנדסיים מיוחדים. - אופטימיזציה ופתרון תקלות בקווי ייצור קיימים- הובלת פרויקטיים, חניכה ותמיכה בטכנולוגיים ומפעילי מכונות הזרקה - אחריות מקיפה על תחום קבלני משנה דרישות • תואר ראשון ומעלה בהנדסת פלסטיק/חומרים, הנדסת מכונות או כימיה- חובה • 5 ומעלה שנות ניסיון כמהנדס/טכנולוג תהליך בכיר בתעשיית ההזרקות (hands-on חובה!), עם ניסיון מוכח בהובלת פרויקטים. • מומחיות עמוקה בהזרקת פלסטיק (Molding Theory), תכנון תבניות וטכנולוגיות ייצור מתקדמות. • ידע מעמיק בפולימרים (בעיקר תרמופלסטיים), חומרים הנדסיים ואופן השפעתם על תהליך ההזרקה. • ניסיון מוכח בכתיבת וביצוע פרוטוקולים ונהלי עבודה, חקר כשל בהתאם למתודולוגיה מובנית, ניתוח נתונים. • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד (כתיבה, קריאה ודיבור). • נכונות לטיסות עבודה מרובות לאורך השנה Responsibilities (English) .
