If you're looking for a role that combines analytical thinking, global collaboration, and the opportunity to make a real impact on manufacturing operations, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Manage end-to-end material planning, ensuring material availability and continuous support for production. Lead inventory optimization initiatives and develop smart, dynamic inventory policies. Plan the procurement and import of raw materials based on demand forecasts, including both short- and long-term planning. Analyze demand forecasts and establish production priorities while balancing operational constraints. Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams, including suppliers, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Logistics. Partner in decision-making processes related to production planning and inventory control (PPIC) and support the overall Planning team's activities. Qualifications (English) At least 3 years of experience in materials planning – Required Experience working in a global manufacturing environment – Required Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills – Required High level of English – daily communication with international teams – Required Strong analytical thinking, proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the consumer goods and/or food manufacturing industry Industrial Engineering and Management Practical Engineer diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management – Preferred
