Providence Women’s Clinics is seeking an On-Call/Per Diem Certified Nurse Midwife to join its established and highly successful midwifery team serving Portland’s westside. In this hospital-based, collaborative practice, you will provide full-scope midwifery care to a diverse population, including obstetric triage, first trimester ultrasounds, and reproductive and wellness care for women and non-binary individuals. Your role will encompass pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care, with births attended at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, which features a Level III NICU and comprehensive OB Hospitalist support. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of perinatologists, neonatologists, lactation consultants, and social workers to ensure exceptional, coordinated care for patients and families. • On-Call/Per Diem
• Encompasses both clinic-based and inpatient/surgical settings
• Group takes call in-house; assigned call room for use when there is down time in the hospital
• Minimum of 2-years of post-graduate clinical experience as Certified Nurse Midwife preferred; or new graduate Certified Nurse Midwife with 2-years recent clinical RN experience in antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum setting required
• First Assist experience preferred
• Compensation is $109.48 per hour
• Malpractice liability insurance provided by Providence
