This is an exciting opportunity for hospice aides interested in providing end-of-life care at our 10-bed hospice facility. We are looking to fill a 12-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm on Thursdays and Fridays. Job Responsibilities: The Hospice Resident Aide provides hospice client care in the hospice residence within their scope of practice, consistent with the plan of care and in compliance with Good Shepherd Care Guidelines. Schedule and Weekly Hours: Day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm on Thursdays and Fridays. Education, Skills and Experience: Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant Current Massachusetts certification in good standing A minimum of two years of prior experience in community health, long-term care facility, oncology, or a related field preferred. Ability to be a team player and work harmoniously with patients, families, co-workers, and management.
