The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing human resources support for the facility by accurately performing data entry and tracking data. Maintains all electronic and paper employee records and information related to employment. Ensures the confidentiality of all data and information. Assists the Human Resources Director, HR Generalist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist with various projects.

  • Maintain individual personnel files in an accurate, organized and timely manner.
  • Prepare personnel files for new employees in an accurate, timely manner.
  • Maintain and track outstanding personnel items. Contact employees regarding overdue items. Distribute information to supervisors at least every two weeks.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in an office setting strongly preferred.
Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.
