Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026) 🏢 Department: Kresge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center | Chelsea Retirement Community | Chelsea Mi   🎯 What You’ll Do in This Role: * At Kresge, our staff provides a unique and personal experience to each of our residents, while focusing on quality, treatment and comfort. Primary Responsibilities: * Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients. * Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee while independently applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills. * Manage complex clinical situations and ensure high-quality patient care. ✅ What You’ll Need: * Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (LPN). * Active State of Michigan LPN License. * CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire. * Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly. * Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 50 lbs. * Tasks involving more than 50 lbs. require assistance or assistive equipment for safe performance.
