Description Position Summary: Provides primary support for residential clients. Salary Range: Min $19.00/hr | Mid $21.00/hr | Max $23.00/hr Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provide primary support for residential clients. Provide transportation to clients as needed. Ensure clients know their schedules and make it to their appointments. Perform day-to-day housekeeping (laundry, trash, dish washing, light cleaning, etc). Attend and participate in various outings and activities with clients. Socialize with clients daily. Complete clinical notes for every shift. Collaborate with PACT primary and enforce behavioral plans created by PACT teams. Review staff log daily. Complete scheduled client room checks and searches. Responsible for shift opening/closing tasks. Observe medication observation. Employee must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Work Environment: Majority of work is performed indoors. Requirements 1-3 years knowledge and experience working with persons with severe mental illness Must have skills and competencies to establish supportive trusting relationships with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses as well as family and other members or the clients’ network Must be committed to a process of knowledge and skills development Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have great typing skills Must have valid driver’s license, clean drivers records and a dependable insured automobile Qualifications Desired: Prior experience working in a 24-hour facility Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
