General Description of Duties This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality personal care is provided while promoting overall resident well-being. Supervising and adhering to all Company rules, policies and procedures and Company expectations, along with being observant of surroundings (both internally & externally) reporting potentially unsafe resident situations when beyond nursing scope, or acting as a leader to resolve the problem immediately. Exceptional communication skills are a requirement to provide a positive, productive environment, and build effective working relationships.
