EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelors or masters in Physical therapy Assistant

EXPERIENCE AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year working in SNF setting and experience in Net Health
• New graduates are welcome to apply too
• California state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• CPR Certification

JOB SUMMARY:

The Physical Therapist Assistant (“PTA”) provides quality care to all residents. Under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, the PTA evaluates and treats patients/residents, communicates with their families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintains all necessary documentation of services in the patient’s medical records.
