We are seeking dependable and compassionate RNs to assist with coverage for weekends, holidays, vacations, and staff time-off requests. Schedule Requirements Per diem nurses must be available to work either: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Minimum Availability Requirements Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per bi-weekly pay period At least one shift must fall on a Saturday or Sunday, if work is available Must work 3 holidays per year, if work is available At least 2 of the 3 holidays must include (if work is available): Fourth of July Thanksgiving Day After Thanksgiving Christmas New Year’s Compensation & Premium Pay Base Rate: $42.42/hour 2nd Shift Differential: +$5.00/hour 3rd Shift Differential: +$6.00/hour Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour Additional Benefits Tapcheck On-Demand Pay Access — access earned wages before payday Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in resident care Requirements Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
