Excellent Staff to Resident Ratios (1/3 less than VT state average) Per Diem differential: $2/hour Evening shift differential: $2.50/hour Night shift differential: $4.50/hour Weekend shift differential: $1.55/hour The pay range for this position is $36.70-$44.77/hour (Starting salary is determined based on candidate's experience, education, and relevant skills as well as internal equity considerations.) Job Description: Wake Robin provides exceptional nursing care in a beautiful residential and long-term care setting, while maintaining a strong sense of “home”. We build strong relationships with staff and residents in a dynamic community setting. Our staffing ratios allow for you to provide the time and attention our residents need. Qualifications: * Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinical or healthcare setting * Active Vermont RN license in good standing Shifts: Days: 6:45am - 3:15pm Evenings: 2:45pm - 11:15pm Nights: 10:45p - 7:15a Due to our vulnerable resident population the COVID vaccine is highly recommended but not required.
