Description
The Perfect Store & Merchandising Manager plays a pivotal role in Haleon’s executional excellence by leading In-Store Execution and advancing the Perfect Store agenda across categories and customers. It ensures performance is tracked and measured against forecasted plans across retail environments to support category growth. This role is embedded within the Trade Marketing structure and reports directly to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager for Operations. He or she collaborates closely with Category Trade Marketers, Sales teams, and manages external merchandising agencies. Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. In Store Execution & Strategy: · Manages the implementation and tracks performance of category and customer-specific activities in-store, ensuring alignment with execution KPIs and commercial impact. · Drives the Perfect Store framework by tracking and measuring space performance against forecasted plans across retail environments to support category growth. · Ensures consistent brand representation and visibility through tools such as the Perfect Store Playbook and Product Detailers 2. Capability Building & Agency Management · Builds and enhances the capabilities of merchandising agency partners to ensure high-quality execution and reporting. · Manages legal and administrative requirements related to agency operations. 3. Commercial Planning & Reporting · Owns and maintain the commercial calendar, trade marketing databases, and trade intelligence reports. · Delivers key execution learnings, results and recommendations on actions needed to drive in-store excellence 4. Supports the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in Gross-To-Net management, incentive tracking, and display audits. Why Haleon?
