Description Perforation Line Operator • $17-$20/hour • Temp-to-Hire About This Opportunity The Perforation Line Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining perforation machinery to produce perforated metal sheets. This role supports production by ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency across work centers. Bonus Opportunity $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days Assignment Details Pay: $17-$20/hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM- 12:30 AM (Off Fridays) Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire Start: ASAP Pre Employment Requirements Drug Screen Required Background Check Required High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Client Interview Required Valid Driver’s License Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain perforation machines Operate shear and surface grinder to meet blueprint specifications Load and unload steel coils using overhead crane Perform tool and die setup for production runs Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on equipment Ensure production of zero-defect parts Follow technical drawings and production requirements Support general production and additional duties as assigned Work Environment and Dress Code Manufacturing Setting(moderate noise) Casual but appropriate for manufacturing environment Must wear PPE (steel-toe boots, hearing protection, etc.) Requirements 2–3 years of metal fabrication and machine operation experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Ability to operate or learn forklift (certification required) Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or on a team Must be able to communicate in English (bilingual a plus) Preferred Requirements CNC machining experience strongly preferred Forklift experience/certification How to Apply Website www.jobsourceusa.com Phone 402-331-4905 Walk-In Interviews Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Office Job Source USA, Inc.• 8406 Park Drive, Omaha, NE 68127 • 1 block south of Q Street on 84th Street Se Habla Español.
